Combined youth

 

THE STICK EXAMPLE:
No matter how you pick up the stick the other end comes with it.

One end of the stick represents the choices you make and the other represents the consequences that comes with it.



SUPORT GROUP: They try to help you make the right choices so that you can have good consequences. Have a good support group.
THE WORLD: will  try to make you follow in its ways even when they have un-holy consequences.

 

" Stand in Holy places and be Holy

in places that you stand."  D&C 87:8
 

 Consequence-The worldly way<= Situation =>Take a stand-Consequence

 Every choice you make comes with a consequence and you can pick your choice but you must know that a certain  consequence comes with that choice and you cannot change that.

The world will try in every way to convince you that its' way is ok.

The For Strength of Youth is a great thing to have as part of your support group.

Don't justify things based on your situation, and don't make them seem like a small matter.

Find your Holy places:
-Temple
-Chapel
-Home
